Please come to this great fundraising event where I will be selling both my fine art and wearable art. I will be donating 50% of all sales to this amazing not-for-profit. Open Books promotes literacy through their many education programs and used bookstore in River North. I collaborated with them through my educational work at the David Weinberg Gallery and couldn't be happier to support such a great organization. Come out to support both local artists and a pro-literacy organization that is really making a difference in Chicago.

I've just opened a Glashjärta / Meghan Q. McCook Etsy Shop and will be adding many designs over the next few weeks! To give my customers more options and to get better exposure, I will be selling much of my wearable art, blown glass, etc. through here. I will keep you posted as I list more, but expect it to be nice and full over the next few weeks! I will also be posting more on this website.

My new private studio is located at the Feather Loft Building, just west of downtown in Chicago. Here, I am able to make most of my work and teach small fusing and kiln-forming workshops for 3-6 people. I'm currently putting together a summer curriculum! Please send me an email if you are interested in workshops and I'll make sure to send you the schedule. The building is full of artists, designers, crafters, musicians and more.
